Lemonade
Ingredients:
Lemon Juice 1 C
Sugar 1 C (can reduce to 3/4 C)
Water 1 C (for the syrup)
Water 3 to 4 C (to dilute)
Method:
1. Make the syrup by heating the sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan until sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Add the lemon juice and the syrup to a pitcher. Add 3 to 4 cups of cold water, more or less for the desired strength. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes.
